Pros

Trip to mexico Some of the people you meet Open bar once every season to keep people brainwashed, yes brainwashed

Cons

Continuous driving. You can for sure add a solid 20K miles a year just driving. Extremely long work days. Power gives a bunch of things you DONT need to make you think it's more than something it is. Truth is a good 10% of people here have decent money. Some people in the middle of the pack and a lot of people who can barely buy their own lunch at times. Revolving door due too unpromising, yet mentioned grow available. If you have a college degree and you're at power you are nuts. Nice great office you'll rarely be at unless you're in operations. A lot of these reviews are fake, and not fake as in computer generated, fake as in they care about this stuff and will ask you to do it.

Cons

-It's door-to-door -Training sessions are way too over the top and often stressful -Very cliquey and political -Zero work/life balance -You have to work "half" days every other weekend -A lot of false promises regarding how much potential you have to make money -Long work days -Hard sell/very pushy -They claim "all homeowners/territories are the same"

Pros

bonuses can accumulate and give you a decent pay check at the end of a pay period Decent group of guys to work with

Cons

Watch the movie tinman and you will see what this job entails 26k base Cult like morning meetings that are meant to glorify the best people and diminish the people who arent as up to speed. High employee turnover. Horrible hours 11-830 WILL MAKE YOU WALK IN ANY WEATHER yes that includes snow and rain. They require you to wear power gear but make you pay for it (shirts cost aroudn 30-40) Walking insane amount of distances(most i did was 14 miles) Company has absolutely horrible reviews from the majority of people who interacted with company. Hard sell and unethical tactics
