Pros

-Great Office Culture! -Great VP’s! -Meet some great people -Always “trying” to motivate employees in and out of work -Initial training and scattered trainings throughout the week -Mexico Trip/Tournaments w/ Prizes -Some very helpful life/work skills can be learned -You can make A LOT of money, which comes down to how much you buy into the company and how much you’re willing to sacrifice to be in the top 10% -You talk to a lot of people in a given day so you can see the spectrum of personalities across the area, which can be funny

Cons

-They rope you in by promoting the above, but don’t really tell you what it’s going to take, ethically and in terms of time. -Poor Work/Life balance. A lot of time spent driving to and from the field, office and home. -You’re going to have to put in many more hours than a regular job if you want to be successful. Work every other Saturday plus more if you want to “hit your numbers” -Seems like they play favorites. Let things slide for people who are performing well. -“Bending the truth” to homeowners to get the salesman’s foot in the door. Very long process for homeowners. What we hint at is that the estimate will take 30 minutes, when in reality it is at least 2 hours, sometimes 5+ -Having to solicit in No Soliciting neighborhoods or not having documentation provided where it is illegal to solicit.

Pros

Great atmosphere, I loved this company for years. Fun place to work with the right leadership and you really make what you put into it. Potential income can be 6 figures depending on your production.

Cons

Work-Life Balance, especially in the Remodeling Consultant role. Your on call for 11 hours 9am-8pm and if you get an 8 pm lead you might not get home till midnight. Marketing you have an 8 hour day, during most weather conditions. Work 10.5 days over a 2 week span. Sometimes have to work weekend events that turn out to be a full day but only count as a half day.

Pros

Great training and mentors. Friendly atmosphere.

Cons

No free time. You're pretty much on-call from 8am - 7pm (keep in mind the appts last 3 hrs minimum. If you go on a 7 pm appt, expect to be there until 10 pm). Your only off day is Sunday. This is a job you take when no one else is hiring.
