Pros

Good people, Sense of purpose, giving back to charity, trips

Cons

Customers get taken advantage of in so many ways from the very first knock on the door/sign-up at BJ’s, all the way to the last stint effort by the operations team each month to cram as many installs as possible to meet a goal. Homeowners are lied to, a lot. Period. If you challenge that or bring it up it’s like you’re not behind the ‘Mission’. Internally, some shady business practices including a lot of time spent doing things without pay. If you need work life balance, I recommend you keep looking.

Pros

Great training. If you put in the work you can develop into a leader and make good money. Management is receptive to your goals, ideas and you work with a lot of great people. Cancun is alright too.

Cons

Like a lot of other people have said, work life balance isn't great. They motivate you and create an image that you have endless possibilities at the company where in reality, unless you work at headquarters, you either stay in your department or move into sales . The people who move up through the levels of the company live and breath Power 24/7. With that comes favoritism, which is something you'll notice your first week at the company. Power is very cult like, and it's very easy to get brought into the culture. If you can get past all that and buy into the Power culture, you can make some good money.
