Pros

-Management is good to you -They give you benefits after 3 months

Cons

-No career advancement -LONG hours -Knocking on doors all day -You have to get an estimate to make extra money. Not unrealistic, but hard to do. -Pay isn't that good for the amount of hours you work

Pros

*Professional Staff. *Solid training program. *Friendly managers. *Great co-workers. *Family atmosphere. *4 week vacation (unpaid of course) * Weekly ongoing training.

Cons

*Negative adjustments on jobs (you get paid less) *Straight Commission. *Commission draw pay structure. *You never get your own rehash leads. *Sales numbers used make no sense. *6 day work week- always on call. *You're never at ease bc you never know when you'll get an appointment. *Reporting to closer's camp multiple times a week. *Becoming a million dollar rep is close to impossible.

Telemarketing

Pros

They try to make it a fun environment- people focused. People want what’s best for each other but the company itself sees you as a number.

Cons

I would stay away from this job if you have any other options at all. This is a minimum wage telemarketing position that promises commission and career growth that is unreachable and unrealistic to achieve. They promote this role as a step stone into the company- this is not true, they purposely make it difficult to transition out of this department. They have a “cult like” atmosphere and really try to get you to drink the cool aid. They force group hangs and team activities and don’t pay anything towards those activities. I truly think that ultimately they take advantage of their employees. I wouldn’t recommend this company.
