Hiring manager/interviewers lied about the sales position. It is absolutely not a sales position you and everyone else start off as a doorknocker scheduling free window estimates for 3-4 months before you are given the sales position opportunity. Which is not explained anywhere in the job description. They use pushy sales tactics so a "no" from a homeowner is never respected. You must memorize a 20 paragraph script in a week and a half. The office and it's employees felt like a cult. Current employees were very unprofessional for the ones who were in the actual sales position.
