Very little work life balance Extremely young staff- frat boy mentality Everything you’re trained is a lie or a half truth. Everything they sell is a rebranded commercially available product at insane prices way over market value. The entire company is a cult. You’ll be coerced into things outside of work constantly, and if you don’t/can’t attend them you’ll be ostracized. Your entire life will become Power. All these glowing reviews are employees being guilted/pressured into writing them. You’ll be sold a dog and pony show during the phone interview and won’t be told they start you off as door to door sales till the very end of the interview process. You’ll have plenty of days where you don’t get home till after midnight.

Bad pay You have to go against what the company wants you to do in order to get estimates. Awful management they don’t care about you as much as they will try and make it seem. When it comes down to it they will belittle you. When I quit I was told I won’t find another job and got laughed at that I wouldn’t be able to pay rent.
