Pros

Great energy - everyone has to stay positive on 100% commission.

Cons

Be willing to sell out all of your Morality These guys would tell people their home was on the brink of major structural repairs to make sales on the first visit. Taking advantage of low income households that needed their financing options and offering huge first visit discounts that weren’t real and the customer could get the “first visit discount” whenever.

Pros

Not many.....especially during a pandemic.

Cons

A lot of wear and tear is put on your car, benefits were mediocre. Was sold on one role, but stuck into another.

Poor Company Culture

Pros

Opportunity to make a somewhat decent wage, especially if you have no higher education or industry skills.

Cons

Extremely long hours and a mandatory commitment to at least 2 weekend days of work per month. Work can be mentally and physically exhausting. Very high turnover and only a very small percentage of employees can tolerate the demands long enough to reach the upper echelons of the company.
