      A company spinning out of control

      Pros

      Pay somewhat on par with peers Benefits are decent (although not as good as it used to be) Great Snacks The senior leadership has its heart in the right place, but....

      Cons

      New product Is spinning out of control, and heading for a disaster with an offshore development team not being led properly, and US team pointing the fingers for failures everywhere but at themselves. Young, lackluster middle management. Lack of trust among managers and direct reports. Employee scapegoating seems to be tolerated, and encouraged in management.

      Competitive pay, dead end technology in an extremely niche space

      Pros

      They compensate competitively with big name consulting organizations and their office is very top notch.

      Cons

      The product is built on very antiquated technology most of the skills you will learn here as an entry level employee are not transferable to other companies and industries. They solved a problem with their original product line, but have not done much innovation recently. Additionally, those who leave and try and remain in the industry are threatened with legal action.

      high pay for out of college

      Cons

      They use their employees until their is nothing left then they cut them loose. Culture is a "kill yourself working or you are nothing" attitude.
