Cons
Management team doesn't want to hear bad news. They want you to pretend everything is wonderful. All they do is kiss up to the CEO. Won't backfill positions, so everyone is working like crazy, doing multiple jobs with no pay increases. No work/life balance. Little room for advancement or promotions. Many people have been here for years in the same position.
