      Pros

      For my position they allow me to work remotely on Fridays. The company offers small perks that caught my attention such as bagels, snacks, drinks, and ping pong.

      Cons

      There is a big learning curve, it is very hard at first but once you get past it the job is fair.

      Exciting products & customer reach. Senior Management team has genuine excitement around product and process improvements. Noticed improvement in top down strategy communication in early 2019.

      With shifting priorities within Professional Services/Operations, management lacks focus on employee development or even role clarity in my case.
