Unlimited Snacks, and lots of variety Friendly Co-workers Work from home thursdays/whenever necessary

Cons

Not much senior technical experience in front-end Lots of offshore teams write questionable code and the Atlanta developers are used as a gateway to review/maintain the code Very little funding for modern dev practices Under-valued importance of QA and writing quality code
