      Fast paced, challenging environment for overachieving individuals

      Pros

      -Very intelligent and dedicated employee base -Above market compensation (including large bonuses) -Lots of travel benefits (earn free vacations for yourself plus all expenses paid for while traveling for work) -Generous vacation allowance -Excellent health + dental + vision + 401k + life benefits -Casual office environment, free vending machines, starbucks coffee, bagels on friday -Fast growing company with a lot of career potential

      Cons

      -average 45-55+ hour work weeks (depending on project), may occasionally work weekends. -considerable travel may wear you down at time (50-80%)

      Pros

      In the past year, nothing positive about the company except a handful of excellent people there...

      Cons

      Lack of key investments, C-Level that cannot be trusted...do not fulfill promises or follow through on commitments. Lack of direction and innovation - comfortable staying in their pool of clients they've had for 20 years. Only concern is EBITA, and not the employees who they think they are caring for, but truly lacking in action.

      Good pay and benefits. Potential to become a good company. New management (2019) might make it happen but this remains to be seen.

      Cons

      Company is struggling with an identity crisis. Wants to be a software company but does not have the expertise or strategy to do so. Stuck in the 90s / consulting model.
