The rehab team works very well together

Cons

This company will not give you a raise. They do not appreciate there employees. No matter what you do as a therapist or how high your productivity is you will never be appreciated. It is difficult to use your time off and you will be execected to come in during snow storms even blizzard even though we are not considered essential employees. Run away from this company.

Awesome therapists to work with. Center staff care so much about their patients and do their best to aid patients in their recovery !

Cons

All about the minutes on a corporate level. No annual raises or bonuses. Only holidays that are paid are Christmas and thanksgiving.

I cannot think of any. It's THAT bad!

Cons

They screwed me over for my maternity leave, did not pay me for training I did online to keep my job, provided horrible benefits for a large company, underpaid me, and expected me to work like a machine to generate top execs $$$$. This company embodies the most egregious attributes of corporate America today. Many of their facilities neglect patients horribly because they understaff their CNAs... but they don't care. Don't work here and don't ever send anyone you love to one of their buildings. If I could give this company -5 stars I would. One star is way too generous.
