      A good place to start out.

      Pros

      Many free courses to take online, I have never paid for a CEU. Mentorships for new employees and a lot of initial training.

      Cons

      Buildings not kept up. Important systems often break. Poor, falling apart equipment and difficulty to obtain new equipment for patients at times.

      Be Mindful of Unrealistic Expectations

      Opportunities to obtain CEU credits, competitive salary, multiple locations/nationwide presence

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations for new clinicians, inappropriate therapy minutes scheduled with no regard to clinician input, expectations to provide services when unwarranted, limited to no communication within therapy department in order to provide comprehensive patient care, benefits are mediocre, extreme difficulty or inability to use accrued PTO , internal job search simply lists "multiple locations" making job search/transfers extremely difficult.
