      Pros

      I enjoy the Clinicians in Action program and the fact I have been awarded Master Clinician. This provides me with CEU money each year to help grow toward my goal of becoming Board Certified. I am supported clinically. Powerback I can see is trying to make things better. We had a small 401K match and I did get a raise recently with my annual review. That all is good change. I also love the Bonusly platform where we can give points to others and they can be cashed in for gift cards!

      costly benefits, some of the facilities aren't the nicest to work in but everyone is doing their best

      Pros

      Supportive & encouraging supervisors provide me with challenges and opportunities to grow in my non-clinical management career. As a PT, I value my colleagues and their experiences which shape how I provide them with support in my role. I value the collaborative approach and culture Powerback provides. I have spent my career here and will continue to do so.

      Transparency and communication across all levels, while improving, is still a challenge.
