I cannot think of any. It's THAT bad!

Cons

They screwed me over for my maternity leave, did not pay me for training I did online to keep my job, provided horrible benefits for a large company, underpaid me, and expected me to work like a machine to generate top execs $$$$. This company embodies the most egregious attributes of corporate America today. Many of their facilities neglect patients horribly because they understaff their CNAs... but they don't care. Don't work here and don't ever send anyone you love to one of their buildings. If I could give this company -5 stars I would. One star is way too generous.

Pros

Close to home. Great residents. Can count on a number of people who are awesome teammeambers. Chances to grow in this industry. Lots of on the job training.

Cons

A lot of micro-management. A lot of favoritism with long standing employees vs new members. Workload is more than the allotted hours given. Lower pay than the average given from a corporation other than Genesis.
