Cheap, greedy company Pushes groups and high productivity No more holidays off for therapists Terrible inexperienced management Greedy, soul-sucking overpaid corporate members Puts $$$ first rather than patient care Bare bones benefits High turnover rate Bad employee morale Very hard to take PTO or get a vacation (6 months in advance)

Pros and cons.

I loved the placement I was at, I got along great with all my coworkers. I was able to learn a lot of new things right out of school.

Cons

Company is too big, there is no personal connections within the actual company. They're too big and only care about their income, not so much for the low guys on the totem pole who are making their money.

Pros

Large company = decreased health insurance premiums. I now pay half the monthly premium I was paying before and my insurance carrier is a step up from the previous one.

Cons

Say they promote balance of work and home life by offering 12 entire PTO days (this is PTO, sick AND vacation) upon hire that are all at their discretion to allow. I have yet to see anyone get a requested day off even when 3-4 months notice was given and they only have 2 holidays paid a year that you must have covered by someone on your own to be able to take them off. My previous company allowed 21 days between PTO, sick and vacation on top of 5 holidays.
