Pros

Nothing, there is no room for advancement. They don't appreciate their employees. All they worried about is the budget. What about taking care of the patients

Cons

They work u like a dog and the pay sucks. They took a lot of benefits away. They don't match your 401(k). It's hard working for a company and I don't feel appreciated. The administrator don't even say hello to her employees. Genesis Severna Park is just not the place to work

Pros: great work atmosphere, great team members on the units to support your day. Always hours to be had, great community, center is lively, always quick turn around with patients.

Cons

Education is ongoing, never ending knowledge, Doctor and CRNP on staff 5 days a week, strong full staff for days.
