      Cons

      No chance for promotion within. Excessive budget cuts. Expected to do things not possible due to budget. No employee recognition. Poor employees kept on, good employees not recognized. No regard for good healthcare for residents, all about profits and money for the company.

      Pros

      Benefits and employee assistance. Bonuses given for half or more shift worked that's not scheduled!

      Cons

      Poor management, staffing concerns is a huge issue that seems to not be addressed as a serious issue! Both with R.N.s and C.N.A.s! Complaints​ to administrator, regional manager, and corporate office has yielded no further advertising for employment!
