Cons

Upper management's focus on productivity and revenue counteracts the advancement of clinicians participation in these programs; and leaves little time to allow clinicians to engage in these activities.

Clinician's in Action at Powerback Rehab

Pros

Powerback Rehab has an excellent program, Clinician's in Action, that promotes employee growth and clinical advancement. I was able to reach the status of Master Clinician which has allowed me to increase my involvement in the community and take CEU's to advance my skills for treating client's with Parkinson's Disease. There is truly a path for everyone and the Clinical team works alongside the clinician to assist them with reaching their goal.

Cons

There have been recent changes in leadership but the current team is effective and taking the time to listen to the employees.
