Pros
Right off the highway. Shuttle takes you to and from parking areas.
Cons
Lack of training. I got maybe a total of 2 hours training and then I pretty much have been fending for myself since, guessing how to do my job. You ask for help and it's like the blind leading the blind, no one seems to have a clue what's going on. The systems used are ancient. The amount of paper used in this place is unbelievable, I could build house with the Staples boxes.
