      Pros

      Lots of longevity and room for growth. Most staff is easy to get a long with. Computerized charting simplifies work load . Fun place to work.

      Cons

      Nursing shortage in Kansas city means lots of need. This is a problem for staffing ratios. Sometimes work short. Management offers bonuses on top of overtime for picking up shifts.
