      Pros

      There are several facilities in the area however unfortunately regardless of management styles each rehab dept is ran the exact same way

      Cons

      Low pay, limited resources, no holidays, limited focus on actual patient care, fear of losing liscense or being fired from folllowing Genesis "billing" recommendations. Not up to date to state liscensure regulations and Medicare regulations.

      Pros

      Great boss, competitive offer, flexible schedule. The work is fulfilling and enjoy getting to help people

      Cons

      Current regional shifts make for a hectic work place. Admin is out of the building 50% of time filling in at another facility.

      Pros

      The patients and the co workers. Most of the workers have a level of compassion for the patients and work hard which goes unrecognized and they are not compensated or appreciated.

      Cons

      Staffing crisis that never ends, salaried employees overworked and underpaid, awful benefits, 1 percent annual raises, expensive health insurance, high turnover. The list could go on and on.
