The facility is a decent environment to work in. Its a steady paying job but frankly not too many "pros" to list.

Cons

There are a lot of nonsensical deceisions from corporate. Working hours were cut, leaving not enough time to properly do the job correctly.

Management is lacking team and support for the employees. Predominantly Filipino, very unprofessional to speak other language around co-worker. Employees always talking in their dialect.

The job could be easy and fun but the coworkers are the worst. You deal with old coworkers that think and act like they're still in high school
