      Pros

      Keeps patient care in mind, allows you time to actually see patients, complete paperwork, and discuss patient care with other disciplines, great directors, beautiful buildings, have an adequate amount of computers and iPads for every employee, excessive materials and tests to work with.

      Cons

      Expensive medical benefits. Other than that I have no complaints.

      Pros

      Working with the residents and getting to know them has been amazing. The have changed my life and touched my heart.

      Cons

      There is no team work at Genesis. It is absolutely every man for himself. They are chronicaly understaffed and they work who they do have to death. I am on the hall alone with 20 residents consistently. I am SO stressed and exhausted. Management has no concern for their residents or employees.
