Pros

This role has reminded me of the powerful platform to share positive outcomes and share success stories, foster growth in fellow therapists, and encourage teamwork.

Cons

Non as of now but if I could think of Time balance as in sharing positivity and growth can be so contagious I have to remind myself of setting aside time for that and all of my other obligations.
