Respect is a key pillar of our Powerback culture, and it's excellent to see that this is centered in your experience. We're sorry to hear that you felt little support in your role throughout transitional periods. Each Monday morning/afternoon, Carl, our CEO, hosts open office-hour meetings that are available for all Powerback team members to attend. These open-door discussions allow the chance for everyone to share their feedback unique to their POV here at Powerback in an attempt to collaborate and create solutions wherever possible. These invites can be found through your Powerback gmail calendar.
