Management doesn’t have the first clue to manage or lead a team. Just dictate how many patients need to be seen for reimbursement.

Please note that as of December 19th, 2023, we've updated our benefit policy to address 401k matching. After evaluating our benefits and compensation packages, we've found that now is the perfect time for us to adjust our policies regarding 401k matching to ensure we're providing the best support possible for Powerback staff.
