Collaboration is a key pillar of our culture here at Powerback, and it's wonderful to see this trait exemplified in your experience.
We believe it is our duty to advocate for and promote positive patient and employee-centric changes throughout the industry. At Powerback, we're proud to advocate for legislation and policies that support the services provided by our OTs, SLPs, and PTs. We encourage staff to participate in this advocacy alongside professional organizations, as this work is essential to our mission to improve every life we touch, including the lives of our team members.
Powerback employees are the vital link between our patients and residents. Currently, we do not directly employ Nurses, CNAs, or LNAs. We appreciate your feedback and have passed it along to our recruiting team for consideration.
Each Monday morning/afternoon, Carl, our CEO, hosts open office-hour meetings that are available for all Powerback team members to attend. These open-door discussions allow the chance for everyone to share their feedback unique to their POV here at Powerback in an attempt to collaborate and create solutions wherever possible. These invites can be found through your Powerback gmail calendar. We want you to continue to succeed here at Powerback and have found that this resource is an excellent tool for employees to further amplify their voices. Many of our best ideas to continually improve our Powerback culture come from team members like you, and we hope that you'll participate!
