Supportive workplace for therapists who care

This employer offers therapists and other professionals many different settings within the organization to work. Recently an internal “travel therapy” division called Journey Travel Program even began, allowing those who wish to travel the chance to do it while continuing to earn years of service with their employer. The clinical support for therapists is exceptional with many opportunities for growth and resources from clinical leadership staff. There are many different employee engagement groups working as well to help celebrate all the hard work the staff does in all of the sites across the country.

Cons

Being a larger company, most employees “meet” only virtually with the company leaders such as the CEO. However, the company update video meetings occur regularly with opportunities in between on a weekly basis to join open virtual office hours with the CEO to share concerns or new ideas.

I previously worked for Powerback, left to pursue a new opportunity and came back because it is truly a company that strives to be the best for it's employees and patients. Powerback is truly committed to excellence in rehabilitation.

Cons

Healthcare is continually getting hit with reimbursement cuts which makes it difficult to be a therapist.
