Pros

You accrue separate vacation and sick days, but good luck trying to use them without being told you have to make up the time on weekends.

Cons

Genesis Rehab gave themselves a new name because their reputation is garbage. But a new name doesn't change who they are as a company, which is focused on ridiculous productivity goals, no pay raises and just rotten at the corporate level.

However, your leadership team must balance this exchange while also ensuring that there is proper staffing to meet all of the patient care needs. Our patients and teams are at the heart of what we do, and as a healthcare provider, rehab care is available 365 days a year. Employee feedback is the key that allows us to know where to better target our solutions processes, and we sincerely appreciate your candid feedback. If you have any further suggestions to help our teams improve, I would strongly encourage you to attend one of Carl's open-office hour meetings. Pros

Good clinical resources Multi-state opportunities for therapist

Cons

They do not do enough to appreciate their therapist and clinical staff. They do not to enough to retain the talent they have like they have very few career progression opportunities, site level managers are extremely overworked and spread thin with no recognition and reward for taking on additional responsibilities.
