In regards to time off, we hear your frustrations. Our intention is always to meet our employees where they are in order to allow an ample work-life balance. However, your leadership team must balance this exchange while also ensuring that there is proper staffing to meet all of the patient care needs. Our patients and teams are at the heart of what we do, and as a healthcare provider, rehab care is available 365 days a year. Employee feedback is the key that allows us to know where to better target our solutions processes, and we sincerely appreciate your candid feedback.
If you have any further suggestions to help our teams improve, I would strongly encourage you to attend one of Carl's open-office hour meetings. These discussions occur every Monday morning/afternoon in an effort to give all staff the opportunity to share their feedback from their individual POV, as each person's experience at Powerback is unique to them. These invites can be found on your Powerback gmail calendar. We want you to thrive here at Powerback and have found that this resource is an excellent way for employees to further amplify their voices while working to create collaborative solutions wherever possible.
