      Some continuing education, lots of buildings to float to if needed.

      Cons

      No raises, limited vacation, no holidays, high productivity.

      12 hr shift rotating weekends

      Cons

      Coworkers where very gossips made the work place toxic. My best advice if you get in keep your head down do your work don't get to comfortable with other coworkers or residents things you say even when innocent can be warped into some gossip and turned to make you look bad. There is favoritism there but if you do your work and keep your head down you shouldn't have a problem.
