      Pros

      I've met the most hardworking nurses & CNAs while working at Powerback. I loved all my residents and people that made work fun.

      Cons

      Constantly understaffed, residents & patients always complained about the food and lack of help. I worked so much at one point I just became so burnt out because I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to give quality care to the residents but always ended up with someone else's work too. Even after going Poole there wasn't a day I wasn't called and asked/guilted into coming in because they knew how much I care about my patients.
