Really enjoyed one of my managers at my site while working at one of their therapists. He was fantastic – friendly, understanding, organized, and most importantly – ethical when it came to documentation.

Cons

Micromanaged tasks. Unethically pushing me to bill for time when a patient refused to see me. Forced me to travel to multiple locations in order to maintain enough hours to be considered full-time. Overall, felt like I was working in a toxic environment being managed by high school drama.
