      No good came from working for them.

      Abusive manager who gas lights and had unrealistic expectations Being made to feel like you need to work off the clock Working through lunches Contacting employees when they’re off the clock Unprofessional text exchanges Encouraging employees to work outside of the scope of their practice without direct licensed therapist supervision. Making an employee not licensed in therapy come up with their own care plans for patients without the supervision of a licensed therapist.
