      Pros

      One of the best group of coworkers I have ever worked with. From nursing to maintenance, to my rehab team I just felt a part of an actual team.

      Cons

      -Almost never give raises -You have to ask for time off months in advance -benefits are weak -no tuition help -productivity is everything to them even if it feels unethical to elaborate, they make group sessions even if patients aren't fit for them. -understaffed and overworked.. I had an average of 12-13 patients a week. -no holiday pay for rehab team -outdated modalities equipment -training for new therapist is little to non-existent -pay is low
