I have worked in several companies, and PV is the best company yet. The teams work well together and within themselves. The company is doing Agile quite well. In fact, when I talk to other developers in other software companies, I realize that we are far ahead of most companies. We have a consultant that has helped us focus on SOLID development, and we are doing better than ever. IT and development get along well. The CEO is more involved than many, but he generally listens and takes our input. I have asked him many questions, and he has always been helpful and encouraging. Our CTO and scrum master are also great to work with and don't expect us to put in ridiculous hours.

It is a really positive place where everyone seems to get along pretty well. The senior developers are really smart, and it was pretty intimidating at first to work with medical software, as I had never worked in the medical field. They helped me a lot, especially with paired programming. Recently they brought in an agile consultant. I thought it would be a waste of time, but it had a really a positive effect on our whole team. He is quite knowledgable and helps us focus on the process. I feel like our whole team is working more effectively.
