Hardest job I ever loved

Pros

We work hard at PV, but we get a lot done. I did not know anything about contracting and credentialing when I started here. They gave me an entry level clerk position. As I learned more and more about the process, they gave me more responsibility and raises. Our team is really awesome. We get along well and focus on reaching our goals. The Leadership from the Heart training with Brandon was amazing. I learned a lot that still helps me with my family and at work. I like the monthly town hall where we all learn about what is going on in the company.

Cons

I have kids, so I wish that I could work evenings while my husband watches the kids. It would save money. Because we work as teams the company insists that I have to be at 9am standup so I can't work evenings.

Consistently Getting Better

Pros

Teams: I work on a great team. We even start the day with a loud cheer that we make up. Other teams have cheers too, and we have a friendly contest to see if our team can cheer the loudest. People: I have met some of the best people ever at PV. Leadership: The leaders are constantly working to make this a better place to work. They are not afraid to admit if they make mistakes. Energy: People don't just work here. They get involved. We even break many days for a two-minute "fire drill" (line dance). Community: The company gave us a whole day off (with pay) to volunteer at Share Fest. It was an amazing experience. Everyone came back energized.

Cons

The bathrooms are a little far away from my desk.

Pros

Great people to work with and learned from. Positive work environment with advancement opportunities for those who want to grow or expand within the company. Excellent team building activities and even were offered a chance to give back to the community. The benefits are outstanding and include wellness programs, insurance, and can even get coffee at a discount. Most who work here are happy and enjoy their job. Even those who are entry level can thrive with no issues. Attitude is everything.

Cons

As with most places, not all people are happy that work here. But they are the minority. But that is not any different than most companies.
