Pros

I had to leave due to my spouse being relocated, but I would never have left voluntarily. This is by far the best company I have ever worked for. It was a fun and high-paced environment. People got along well and laughed together often. My supervisor really cared and had a party for me when I left. The people on my team still communicate with me regularly. I really appreciated all of the perks they were adding. Barista coffee, concierge, flexible schedules, line dancing (if you wanted to join in) in the afternoons, and a very casual dress code. More importantly, the CEO and leadership were constantly looking for ways to make PV better for us. When I had a baby, the CEO personally signed a card and gave me a care basket.

Cons

There were still a few people who did not get the positive energy of PV and felt left out. They really did not fit in, and many of them were leaving. They really push getting flu shots, but since I don't believe in vaccines they left me alone.

Pros

You get to make toast, dance, yell your brains out, and listen to good music while sitting on the toilet doing your business.

Cons

You are severely micromanaged, forced into a cult like atmosphere, bullied by management, and emotionally tortured. There is an evil presence that can be felt. I personally witnessed the downfall of a whole team of people. On one not so fine day, the management team took this billing team into a separate room, told them they were all doing a horrible job, and wrote everyone up. Almost every person on this billing team broke down in tears and was made to fear the loss of their jobs. A couple of people were on the verge of having nervous breakdowns. There are really no words to describe the intensity of that situation. It was the most horribly degrading, sickening thing I've ever experienced in the workplace. Every person on that team was very intelligent, loyal, and hard working individuals but were beaten down so low by management. Most of them developed serious health issues as a result of too much stress. I can honestly compare it to living through an abusive marriage. The effects on your inner soul are very much the same. You can always get a divorce and move on, but it takes a long time before you find yourself again and realize that you really are worth it.

Pros

I've worked at a lot of companies, but PV is different. The energy is obvious the minute you walk in the door. One of our values is positive energy, and I feel it every day. The other day, we made one of our goals, and the team did high fives all around. The training we got at Heart of a Leader was the best I have ever seen. What's great is that almost the whole company seems to get it. Can you imaging working at a company where management encourages folks to get up and line dance in the middle of the afternoon. Our concierge sets up lots of services just for us. We have a coffee bar right in the workplace. The company has goals, and they even share how the company is doing. The best part are the great people I work with every day.

Cons

Our team takes reaching our goals so seriously that sometimes it is a bummer when we don't make them. But we usually do achieve our goals and that is awesome.
