Management has a complete disconnect from captains and billers. It seems that certain captains, the ones who are friends with a specific manager, create disfunction and feed into gossip. These captains are brought into special rooms with their teams, and got to decide which team members didn't get to go with them. The team members left out on the floor where then either fired, quit, or put onto different teams. Now mind you, these are only the teams that work under a specific manager who seems to cause the dysfunction that were included in this experiment. The team members left out on the floor did not get to be included in any daily stand up, which is supposed to be required for every employee, during this period of time. Once these special, chosen teams left the secluded room they were working in, they came out onto the floor and were allowed to change their seats, so that they could function as paired teams. This displaced other billers, leaving many people sitting no where near their own team. These special teams are also the only ones allowed overtime.
