      Health Benefits - employer pays all deductibles

      Cons

      Management has no real over site on its employees. Management made promises that they did not keep such as additional forms of compensation for work travel.

      -100% employer paid healthcare for employees and families -4% company match -Employees are intelligence, kind people that are great to work with

      Cons

      -Executive team seems disconnected in messaging to employees or overall outlook/success of the company -One client - diversification is slow to non-existent -Advancement opportunities are very rare -Tuition assistance and training allowance are rarely given out to employees- solely at the discretion of the CEO/COO -Salary increases are at best 3% per year
