      Pros

      Benefits are, hands-down, the best in the industry. Full health, vision, dental with pre-loaded FSA for payment of deductibles.

      Cons

      The nature of this industry is that its very uncertain. The hierarchical/leadership structure of this company was often ambiguous and unstructured, leading to confusion and frustration.
