      Smoke and Mirrors

      Pros

      Very talented workforce, who are committed and enthusiastic. Company has a deeply rooted history supporting Palantir, but soured relationships have placed Praescient on a downward path.

      Cons

      Executive management has checked out, and appears to be in denial of the situation. Efforts to recover are challenged by inexperience corporate leadership who paint a smoke and mirrors campaign at various levels.

      Pros

      -100% employer paid healthcare for employees and families -4% company match -Employees are intelligence, kind people that are great to work with

      Cons

      -Executive team seems disconnected in messaging to employees or overall outlook/success of the company -One client - diversification is slow to non-existent -Advancement opportunities are very rare -Tuition assistance and training allowance are rarely given out to employees- solely at the discretion of the CEO/COO -Salary increases are at best 3% per year

      There Was a Clear Vision; Not Sure What Happened

      Pros

      (Star rating based on current year; previously would have been 5). Although not as great as starting years, benefits are ok. What you don't get in cash, you get in decent health care, vision, and dental; training stipend if you have a job that has free time for it; college reimbursement; 401k matching; and a pretty good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Next to zero opportunities laterally or vertically. Once you're on contract making the company money, you're stuck until the contract ends, is not renewed, or gets cancelled with next to no warning. If you end up on overhead, start looking for something else unless you live in the DMV area since there won't be anything for you.
