Pros

- Excellent benefits - 100% employer-paid healthcare, dental, and vision; 401K matching. - Great, smart, talented employees

Cons

- Positions are highly misrepresented during the recruitment process. "Analyst consultants" are actually contracted customer service representatives and trainers for a partner technology company. - The job responsibilities and work environment are significantly different based on the assignment, yet this is not fully understood by recruiters or leadership -- and is not disclosed during the interview process. - Praescient leadership does not support its employees when they are being taken advantage of and mistreated by "partner" company. - Widespread assignment locations leaves most employees disconnected from the company. - Opportunities for advancement do not exist -- unless you are located near the home office. - Increased responsibilities and/or leadership roles are not recognized with increased pay. - No performance raises are given. Minuscule annual cost of living increases are the most you can expect -- even if your performance in the review period exceeds expectations.

Pros

Profit Sharing bonus was a nice thought since salaries are generally low for the area

Cons

Scheming management and uncomfortable watching them try to hide it Appearances and pretense of the company culture are by-design inaccurate and exist to cover up the toxic culture Leadership at the highest levels cannot be trusted; Leadership at the mid-levels do not have authorization to do anything and not empowered to make any decisions at the company; there is no growth potential, but a show of trying to mimic one. Awkward.
