      Pros

      Praescient really took a chance on me when hiring for their internal team. They trusted that I could learn, and trusted that I’d be a good investment. They were able to provide the guidance to help me and had the flexibility to let me try other things that I might also be interested in, despite it being out of my true scope of responsibilities.

      Cons

      The coffee maker could be improved.

      Pros

      Good people and culture. The company looks after its employees and the mission is pretty interesting. If you don't mind going overseas and working in some rough environments then this place is for you.

      Cons

      The company is dangerously dependent on one single client, at least they were when I worked there. This doesn't give you a lot of confidence in job security.
