      The faculty and students are amazing. The campus culture is very supportive and inclusive.

      Cons

      The chances of obtaining a full-time faculty position are next to zero. Adjunct Professors (at almost any college) are the migrant workers of education.

      Lots of great people, but dysfunctional

      Pros

      There are a lot of talented people who are very dedicated to student success. The new president seems to be really trying to be forward thinking.

      Cons

      Lack of collaboration between divisions of the college. Student Affairs and Academic Affairs struggle to work together. Currently there are many open positions in leadership.
