      Pros

      Great place to work. People are nice and patient. Work-Life balance is great!!!!! Lots of opportunities in regards to training and career advancement. Lots of support and tools to help move one's self to the next level.

      Cons

      Better office setup in IT dept but overall nothing to serious to complain about.
