      I am enjoying my first year teaching here. The department lead is making sure I understand my way around the policies and procedures.

      I currently have no cons because I have been working here a little over a year.

      supportive environment for adjuncts unionization nice people at the lower levels

      the union is submissive to the administration the various initiatives rarely connect to student needs a lot of politics at the top
