Pros

Respectful employees, and some managers really care about the employees, not very stressful workload starting out. They don't expect much from new hires

Cons

Not pushing or challenging new hires, they give smaller tasks and expect you to be happy with the little work you get. Not very engaging working remote. They also will pay you the absolute lowest salary possible and expect you to be happy even with the yearly "merit" raises that are below inflation

Pros

Nothing at all!! If you want a future then "Do Not apply here"!!!

Cons

The Management is horrifically incompatant!! Say one thing then do another. Back stabbing is what they are only good for. Upper management just as bad. Homophobic management in upper management.

Pros

You get paid every week.

Cons

This is the modern equivalent of an oubliette. It’s a miserable, monotonous job. People get a weird sense of superiority working here because it’s one of the “best” jobs in town but you can commute thirty minutes and find something way better. Plus, whatever they say is important to them it’s the opposite. Diversity? Not in management. Safety? lol I’m surprised nobody’s died. I was once asked to run a 2000 amp machine with water actively dripping on top. Among many, many other things. Job security? People started getting sniffly and they went into panic mode - talk of layoffs then they implemented voluntary separations. So many people left that place for a measly 2k. And they were the smart ones. This job is miserable. Anyway, if profitability drops half a percent, have fun in the bread line. Benefits? Less and less every year with a deductible that would choke a hippo. If you’re relatively young and mechanically inclined, pick up a trade. Don’t get suckered into a job where you’re running a machine that there’s only three of in the country - then when you get laid off in twenty years your experience is worthless.
