The work life balance is okay but overall I feel the salary is one of the lowest in the industry and in the name of work life balance they hit you hard.

Cons

Umpteen politics. Not a good place to stick around for a long time. Hire and fire policy.

Please hire capable managers rather than promoting them to the Director level. Firing innocent employees will not serve the purpose, better fire liabilities r from top management and then see the difference
